Rayawave Inc. Announces FCC certification for Airebeam^TM E-band Wireless links

San Diego, CA – March 26, 2007 – Rayawave Inc., a  supplier of gigabit wireless solutions, announces it has received the official FCC PART 101 equipment certification approval  for it’s Airebeam^TM E-band product line. Airebeam^TM products are the only E-band product lines in the market that provide full-duplex and full throughput point-to point connectivity at Gigabit Ethernet as well as Fast Ethernet speeds. The Airebeam^TM  product line offers a variety of networking speeds and various antenna configurations, allowing a customer to tailor solutions to their distance and bandwidth requirements. This enables cost-effective deployment of Airebeam^TM products with ultra high availability levels up to 99.999%, making it an ideal fit for last mile access and wireless point to point infrastructure applications.

In today’s networks, fiber is not readily available and in many cases the only affordable solution is low capacity copper based solutions.  The Airebeam^TM product portfolio empowers enterprise customers to interconnect campus buildings at fiber-like networking speeds at 1.25 Gbps or 100 Mbps speeds without the hassle and high cost of trenching fiber or leasing fiber lines.
